Job Description

Applications are invited for the Post of JRF for the SERB Funded Project (Imprint II) in School of Civil Engineering (SCE), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT).

Title of the Project : Impounding of river floodwaters along Dakshina Kannada coast - A sustainable strategy for water resource development.

Qualification :

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with GATE
OR M.Tech in Civil Engineering specialized in geotechnical engineering.
Desirable (if any) : Knowledge of GIS is desirable.

Stipend : Rs. 25,000/- per month for first two years and Rs. 28,000 per month for third year

Sponsoring Agency : IMPRINT II, SERB, DST

Duration : Three years
