The Stewardship Coordinator (Principal Gifts) is responsible for the coordination and implementation of a stewardship program for institutional and principal donors to the University. The purpose of the program is to ensure appropriate recognition and successful gift implementation.
Working within the Advancement Division and in consultation with the Director of Advancement, the prime responsibilities of this role are to work in partnership across the institution on the implementation of bespoke engagement activities and communications for principal and institutional philanthropic donors. The Stewardship Coordinator (Principal Gifts) contributes to the achievement of fundraising goals by strategically collaborating with members of the Advancement Division, Faculties, Divisions and other key stakeholders to increase internal and external engagement and develop strategic relationships.
The position is formally located in the Development Team in the University’s Advancement Division. The Director of Advancement determines priorities and overall direction for the Stewardship Co-ordinator (Principal Gifts).
