ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to support MITFCU senior management and Supervisory Committee (board). This includes working with highly sensitive and confidential information, coordinating internal and external correspondence, preparing and compiling various reports, coordinating complex meetings and other events, and managing and maintaining data files and other records. Will also be responsible for facilitating organizational effectiveness and efficiency by organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources.
REQUIRED: a high school diploma or equivalent certificate of education; at least three years of administrative/office support experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail; and solid working knowledge of personal computers, preferably with proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
