The "People Services" hub has been designed to drive and support the delivery of the King's people strategy. People Services incorporates the Recruitment, Employment Administration and UKVI teams, providing employee lifecycle administration and advisory support to King's College London.

This post will be responsible for administering an end-to-end recruitment process, from the placement of adverts to the onboarding of new starters. The role operates in a high volume environment where customer service and keen attention to detail are of paramount importance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operating in a demanding environment whilst producing high quality work, be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a proactive and collaborative approach, and employ strong customer service skills.

As part of your application we ask that you answer the below two questions in 500 words or less per question. You may also include a personal statement of no more than 500 words at the end if you wish. 

1. An important aspect of this role is being proactive. How do you embody this key competency? Please give evidence of how you currently demonstrate this or have demonstrated this in previous roles.

2. Attention to detail is a key element in this role. What measures do you take to ensure that you are accurate in your advice, correspondence and documentation?

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2020.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview and an assessment. 

The final closing date for receipt of applications is midnight on Sunday 30 June 2019, however, please note that there will be two rounds of shortlisting and interviews, with applications being reviewed and shortlisted after Sunday 16 June and Sunday 30 June 2019.
