The Dean of the Faculty of Sports Studies of Masaryk University announces an open position of Head of Incubator of Kinanthropological research / Research team manager

Contract start date: September 2019

Requirements

• Academic or scientific degree (Ph.D., associate professor)
• Practice: min. 3 years in a research organization
• Two years minimum experience with team leading
• Experience with research projects including international
• English language knowledge, minimum B2 level
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Publications in reviewed / impactful journals

Description of main activities

• Setting up mechanisms of incubator environment
• Formulating and realisation of research projects (concepts) of the Incubator of Kinanthropological Research (IKR)
• Leading research teams
• Production of publication outcomes for R&D community
• Cooperation with research institutions and other universities on research (projects) preparation and implementation
• Seeking project opportunities, engaging in international and national research programs
• Participation in education and management of students of the PhD program Kinanthropology
• Organization, management and control of subordinate employees, responsibility for research    and educational activities of IKV
• Implementation of supervisory and evaluation activities of research groups
