The Department of Computing and Decision Sciences ( offers a Master of Science in eBusiness and Supply Chain Management (eBSCM) programme.

The appointee will be responsible for (i) managing the administration of the eBSCM programme; (ii) teaching both eBSCM and undergraduate courses; (iii) cooperating with relevant firms to provide professional talks and internships for eBSCM students; and (iv) performing any other duties as assigned.  Research work is encouraged but the primary responsibilities are programme administration and teaching.


Applicants should have (i) a postgraduate degree, preferably a doctoral degree, in Business or other relevant fields; (ii) substantial teaching experience in various subjects in eBusiness and Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; (iii) experience in programme administration preferably in tertiary education sector, and experience in project management in commercial sector; (iv) good professional network for promotion of the programme and student placement; (v) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of both English and Putonghua; (vi) prior knowledge about the Mainland’s education sector; (vii) willingness to travel to the Mainland and overseas countries for programme promotion and student recruitment; and (viii) ability to meet the requirements of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) on faculty qualifications and engagement.  The appointee is expected to have strong commitment to teaching excellence and service to the Department and the University.  Candidates with less experience will be considered for a post at a lower rank.


The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
