These posts are full time and fixed term for 12 months.
SGIA is looking to appoint 2 talented individuals to Teaching Fellowships in Quantitative Comparative Politics for the 2019-20 academic year.
The successful applicants will play a central role in delivering modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including core provision on our level 1 module ‘Researching Politics and International Relations’ and level 2 ‘Analytical Politics,’ postgraduate teaching in the module ‘Designing Political Enquiry’, and dissertation supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Teaching Fellowships offer the opportunity of valuable experience to those early in their academic careers and the University is keen to maximise the benefit to as many people as possible.¿ The post of Teaching Fellow will involve a significant teaching load, which may extend into the summer period, and there may be related scholarship and the opportunity for administrative duties which relate to education and pedagogy.
