Salary:     £18,189 to £21,414 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

DLRC
Mon 5pm-10pm (5h)
Tue 5.30pm – 10pm (4.5h)
Wed 1pm - 5.30pm (4.5h)
Sat pm 1pm-5pm (4h)
Business
Sun 9am-5pm (7h) (1h break 12pm-1pm)  

Please note training may occur outside of these hours.
The post holder will also be required to work on one public holiday or University Closure day per annum.

We’re looking for confident and enthusiastic people with first rate customer service skills to deliver our vision that puts students and academics at the heart of everything we do.

The job is a varied one, so you’ll need to be a quick learner. You’ll be flexible in your approach to work, thinking on your feet to respond to the seasonal peaks and troughs of the service.

You’ll answer a variety of enquiries about our wider-ranging service, making decisions on when to refer to others.   

You’ll need to work independently at times: prioritise and manage your workload. Sometimes you’ll have to deputise for your senior.
