In an exciting time of change across the sector and the University, we are looking for a highly motivated student recruitment professional to join our Recruitment and Outreach team.
As Regional Student Recruitment Co-ordinator you will develop, lead and deliver regional recruitment plans and initiatives to achieve the University’s undergraduate recruitment targets. You will proactively build strong relationships with post 16 schools and colleges in a geographical region to raise the profile of the University. You will engage prospective students through recruitment events and activity to generate leads and increase applications. You will be part of a highly skilled, professional and integrated marketing and communications team that are driving innovation and change.
You will be results-orientated with excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills. You will have student recruitment experience combined with a strong understanding of the needs of prospective students and confidence in using data and analytics to target recruitment activity.
In this role you will be based at the University of Portsmouth but will be required to undertake frequent and extensive travel to schools, colleges and recruitment events throughout the UK. A full clean driving licence is highly desirable and DBS clearance is essential. You must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as required.
