We are looking for an innovative and experienced digital professional to join our Recruitment and Outreach team to drive forward our digital engagement with schools, colleges and their students, parents and teachers.  This role will provide you with an opportunity to grow within a large integrated marketing and communications team that are driving innovation and change. 

Working with colleagues across Marketing and Communications, you will facilitate, develop and deliver an innovative schools and colleges digital engagement plan involving original and engaging digital content, activities and campaigns to support the achievement of the University’s recruitment and outreach strategy.  You will manage the University’s Customer Relationship Management system for the Recruitment and Outreach Team and co-ordinate the team’s communications with schools and colleges using the system. 

You will be experienced in developing, leading and managing digital and social media plans and campaigns and managing relationships with customers using CRM systems. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong editing and proofreading skills.  You will be performance driven with excellent project management skills.
