Assists Director with planning, developing, implementing, directing and managing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly operations and activities of the Fiscal Operations department to ensure activities, accomplish objectives and fulfill the University’s need for such activities. Perform financial planning, analysis, budgeting, accounting, and salary management activities. Monitor and verify tuition distribution process; post scholarships; oversee gifts and endowments. This position reports to the Director of Fiscal Operations.

Direct oversight for grants managers and grants related activity.

College degree, Master’s preferred in Business, Finance or Accounting. Specific work experience required as Business Administrator in an academic institution. Required experience with BEN Financials, Penn’s Data Warehouse and PennWorks Payroll, TEM System. Must have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, analytical and communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Business Objects and other analytical software. Model and reflect Penn’s competencies and leadership behaviors.
