Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer (Teaching Focused) in the Department of Psychology, Royal Holloway, University of London. This post-holder will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and pastoral care, to leadership and innovation in curriculum development, and to the provision of an outstanding student experience. The post-holder will also contribute to the administration of teaching, and to recruitment, employability, and outreach activities. We are looking for someone who can contribute to a wide range of our teaching portfolio, and may give preference to a candidate who has experience of developmental research and teaching.
The successful applicant will hold a PhD in Psychology. S/he will also have demonstrable skills in the delivery of outstanding teaching at UG and PG levels, and will demonstrate the high degree of scholarship needed to engage students in a fast-moving discipline. We are looking for someone who can ultimately build a nationally- or internationally-recognized profile in teaching.
