The Department

The Human Resources Directorate is responsible for delivering strategic and operational people-related strategies and services to the University to ensure a culture of diversity, innovation, flexibility, change readiness and high performance. These include workforce planning, recruitment and retention, workplace relations, organisation and people capabilities, remuneration, superannuation and staff management information.

The Role

A new and exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative, innovative and outcomes-focussed recruitment professional has been created to develop a contemporary talent management strategy that will positively position the University as an employer of choice. You will have the chance to develop attraction strategies, talent pipelines, onboarding and candidate care programs, and review and refresh the induction program.

The successful candidate

You will have demonstrated experience in attracting, developing and retaining engaged employees to enable the University to be sustainable in an increasingly competitive landscape and an ever-changing complex market.
Your extensive experience developing inclusive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies using best-practice sourcing platforms, and an ability to exercise initiative will ensure your success in this new role.

Salary $95,350 to $107,352 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
