SERVICE AND PROCESS COORDINATION REPRESENTATIVE (ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 1)Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), to assist multiple department support programs, printing and delivery services, and other internal services within IS&T. Responsibilities include providing front desk coverage; maintaining mailing lists and directories; assisting with meeting room logistics; handling mail; supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes; reporting routine facilities requests; maintaining the physical appearance of building W92; providing customer support, escalating problems as necessary, and following up on requests in a timely manner; distributing goods; supporting printing, packaging, and delivery of confidential and time sensitive documents; utilizing print management software of production-sized printers for print jobs; reporting software/hardware issues and supporting the troubleshooting process; identifying recurring issues and notifying the team on a timely basis; supporting continuous improvement efforts; maintaining and/or updating documentation--under general supervision--around team processes; collaborating with team members on coordinating schedules and responsibilities to meet day-to-day priorities; and performing additional duties as requested.

Job Requirements

REQUIREDhigh school diploma or its equivalent; at least two years’ relevant experience; strong customer service skills; valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to drive a van/SUV in a city environment; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office hardware; willingness to learning new technologies; and discretion and sound judgment with confidential information. Must be able to lift and carry weights of 50 lbs. from ground level; collaborate within a team setting by supporting team decisions, assisting other team members, and sharing work to meet goals and deadlines; and prioritize multiple concurrent responsibilities while maintaining attention to details. Exposure to working in an office environment preferred. Job #17523-4

Hourly rate: $17.61- 22.00
