HR & Budget Coordinator
The HR & Budget Coordinator plays a critical role in providing personnel and budgetary support for the School of Law under the direction of the Manager of Finance and Administration at the School of Law. This position manages all personnel actions, including creation of job requisitions and onboarding of staff, faculty, temporary non-students and part-time faculty hires. This position will also manage immigration procedures, time tracking, and serve as a liaison between HRM and the School of Law.
The position is also responsible for the financial transactions of the School of Law. These responsibilities include management of the day-to-day financial transactions of the College, including processing expense reimbursements, executing budget transfers, creating journal vouchers. In addition, the position will perform periodic budget reconciliations, and track and report on department budgets. This individual will serve as a liaison to department administrators on financial matters.
This role requires a high level of customer service, problem solving, data management, and confidentiality.
