The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences has an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join them in providing reception and administrative support.
Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact for all clients wishing to engage with the Faculty. The role will require you to have a high level of accuracy, diary management and problem solving skills; focusing on administration support for project and senior staff within the Faculty, organising high level meetings and events and minute taking.
You should be highly organised, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative, sometimes under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will work closely with professional services team members, external partners, academics and students and therefore excellent communication and customer care skills are a must for this role.
