Applications are invited for the full-time post of Academic Investigations Senior Officer in Student Administration within the Academic Services Directorate. This role is available from 1 August 2019.

Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Graduation. The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.

The Academic Investigations Officers in the Academic Investigations team are responsible for undertaking the first stage investigation of student academic appeals, complaints and academic misconduct offences.

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
