As part of the Vice-Chancellors Office the University Postgraduate Strategy Unit (PGSU) works across the University Group to drive forward an outstanding and innovative student experience for our 5500 taught postgraduate students. A key part of this innovation of this is the delivery of a cross university set of modules in leadership and management which are accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This seeks to enhance the leadership and management skills of all postgraduate students working in an active learning environment with students in diverse and mixed groups. Coventry is the current CMI HE partner of the year.

PGSU is looking to recruit an innovative and energetic senior lead to work on the delivery of the 'CMI' modules. The role will support the existing senior lead role holder and work with them on specific aspects of delivery. Reporting directly to the Dean of Postgraduate Studies, the post holder will be responsible for the continued development, growth, student experience and academic quality of the modules as well as (with the existing team) ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
