The Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing has a vacancy for a Registry Course Administrator based in Faculty Registry.

You will work as part of a team providing support for one of three Schools within the Faculty. You will also work closely with students advising them on module, course and programme matters. You will work closely with academics from across the faculty on course and student support matters and you will deal with queries from external organisations and liaise with a variety of staff both in the Faculty and across the University.

You will be organised, be able to manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines, have experience in organising and minuting meetings and have good attention to detail.

You should have significant experience of using Microsoft Office, a variety of software packages and computerised management information systems.  Good communication skills are essential.
