ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF EVALUATION, Sloan School of Management, to oversee all aspects of the admissions evaluation process for candidates applying to the MIT Sloan Master’s Programs (MBA, MFin, MBAn, MSMS, and Sloan Fellows MBA), including strategic planning, execution, and outcome assessment based on the requirements determined in collaboration with each program office. Will develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Sloan faculty, staff, contract workers, alumni, and vendors; and serve as a lead member of the admissions committee and participate in recruiting events.

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree (master’s preferred); at least three years of work experience in admissions/academic administration and at least two years of evaluation/assessment experience; knowledge of admissions operations and the evaluation and technology used to support these initiatives, preferably SLATE; experience with predictive modeling, a desire for advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Tableau; strong project management skills including scoping and leading complex projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, motivating project teams, and managing budgets; initiative, a desire for continuous improvement, and ability to seek out ways to perform duties with greater efficiency and accuracy and to cultivate such an environment so that others on the team share this outlook; and excellent presentation skills. Knowledge of MIT and MIT Sloan preferred. Job #17488-7
