Position Summary    

As one of the nation’s premier research centers for original philosophical research, the Center for the Philosophy of Freedom is the home to a wonderfully dynamic and engaged community of students in daily interaction with a faculty of world-renowned philosophers.

We are seeking a Visiting Assistant Professor to teach 2 courses per year, conduct research, service to the department and administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Teach one class per semester
  • Research and service
  • Administration which is 50% of position

Minimum Qualifications    

Must possess a Ph.D. in subject matter, have experience with teaching, research experience in field of study, and administrative background

Preferred Qualifications    

Administrative background in public relations.
