Coventry University's London, situated in the heart of the City of London, delivers a range of dynamic, industry-relevant courses designed to equip students with the knowledge and key skills required to operate successfully in a global business environment.  

We are looking to appoint a Student Information Assistant on a permanent basis, to join the growing Student Information Team at Coventry University London.  

A big attraction of the role will be the commitment to ongoing training and development as part of the continuous improvement project at Coventry University London. Duties will include providing a first point of contact to student enquiries on a range of issues both pastoral and academic. 

You will enjoy face to face interaction with students, being part of a team and will be willing to acquire new skills. You will also have a commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times.
