Web and Mobile Services is seeking an IT Communications Coordinator. This is a full-time 1.00 FTE,12-month, fixed term professional faculty position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Manager of IT Communications.

The IT Communications Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall awareness of information and technology at Oregon State University (OSU) while communicating the visions and plans of University Information and Technology (UIT) to internal and external audiences.

In this position, the successful candidate could expect to:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to launch new products and services.
• Build and maintain a large digital presence for UIT across multiple websites and platforms.
• Assist in creating and documenting processes to improve workflows and customer service.
• Support members of our digital community to build highly engaging and modern web experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strong and versatile communicator, skilled at leveraging technology and best practices to engage with a wide and diverse audience of stakeholders.
