Management, design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the timely, accurate, and efficient promulgation of a wide variety of academic data using application-appropriate instruments, media, and technologies to such effect that (a) students, faculty, and staff are apprised of all information necessary for class registration and (b) current and potential students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and other interested parties are apprised of specific, detailed information concerning academic courses, programs, policies, and faculty.

Management, maintenance, and support of the University’s bifurcated central repository of course data, a critical resource for current and potential students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and other interested parties and a critical component of academic and financial operations. Oversee the course approval process in Courseleaf, work with colleges and the office of the Provost to create and maintain workflows.

Initiation, design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the timely, accurate, and efficient integration, validation, processing, and distribution of course, class, and curricula data from a variety of intrinsically incompatible systems and sources, and deployment of the results in a burgeoning, multifarious suite of previously unfeasible, synergistic services and tools.
