The School is seeking to recruit a Senior Teaching Associate to provide research leave cover by teaching for units on the Cellular and Molecular Medicine and Biomedical Sciences undergraduate programmes. You will also lead subject tutorials, contribute to skills training, and undertake project supervision.

You should have relevant experience of effective teaching of microbiology on a biomedical sciences undergraduate or postgraduate degree or equivalent; relevant experience of effective marking at undergraduate or postgraduate degree level or equivalent; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and evidence of ability to carry out academic administrative duties effectively.

This role is available on a 0.6 FTE basis for 11 months. There may be potential for the contract to be extended subject to funding availability.
