Program Manager/Research Fellow
NUS is looking for Program Manager/Research Fellow for our Centre that provides support and resources for victims of sexual harassment. The role involves conducting and managing research, training, and outreach efforts to raise awareness about sexual harassment.
Job description:
- Conduct and oversee research activities of the Centre (e.g., surveys), including data collection, data management, data analyses & report writing etc.
- Develop and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work processes for the Centre
- Develop and oversee data management system, and generate relevant reports to improve Centre’s operations
- Oversee training for NUS staff who come into contact with victims of sexual harassment
- Recruit and train a high quality team of volunteers
- Design and facilitate outreach activities including awareness workshops, dialogue sessions, talks, events and other interactive programmes
- Manage the Centre’s accounts and budgets
Requirements:
- Master’s degree / PhD in psychology, social work, counselling, public health, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in research work
- Experience in training and event management
- Excellent inter-personal, empathy and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good analytical skills and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Organized and meticulous.
- Experience or interest in supporting or empowering individuals
- Computer savvy, proficient in statistical analysis, MS office, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint
