The Governance and Legal Division ensures UOW meets its strategic goals in a way that best protects and enhances its interests and reputation, through the provision of expert advice, guidance and records management.
The Director Governance and Legal is responsible for leading university governance and legal activities, complaints handling and records management functions. To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience leading a team of specialised professionals in a complex environment. With excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills, you will be pragmatic, responsive to change and committed to client service. Extensive experience in the field of governance and/or legal is essential.
