The Ohio State University College of Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant Supervisor for its affiliated Dental Faculty Practice (DFP). When our faculty is not teaching the next generation of dentists or hygienists, our faculty dentists and faculty hygienists provide expert care for children and adults through DFP. Our dentists provide virtually every area of dental care available.

Direct supervisor for the dental assistants; works in conjunction with clinic manager; provides training to current and new dental assistants; assist clinic manager in operational activities including daily schedule adjustments, filling staffing needs, ordering and other duties to assure smooth and efficient operations; assists in four-handed dental treatment; perform duties related to indirect treatment.

Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check and drug and alcohol screening.
