An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior AV Technician to join our AV Services Team.

This user facing role is responsible for providing point of service AV procurement, installation and support to all members of the University community, both staff and students. The post holder will undertake preventative maintenance for any managed AV installations. They will also be expected to resolve associated IT issues and basic networking issues.

You will be responsible for identifying and resolving, underlying problems with systems and ensure that these are documented. You will also be expected to provide a temporary work around for underlying problems that can’t be resolved, prior to escalating internally. The post holder will be expected to prioritise their work and display a strong AV knowledge & experience, with an attention to detail.
