Student Experience Officer
King’s Business School is seeking a Student Experience Officer to join its expanding Student Experience Team. Having become King’s 9th and newest faculty in 2017, the School has set its sights on delivering London’s premium business education. To do so it requires a skilled engagement team which can get to the heart of student activity and understand what motivates and appeals to them.
You will support the Student Experience Manager in establishing and embedding the Faculty’s Student Experience Strategy. With a strong focus on student communication and engagement, you will be responsible for creating web and digital content which showcases student life at King’s Business School in an inclusive and exciting way. You will help to create physical and digital communities which capture the life and various identities of King’s Business School students and foster a sense of belonging at all levels of study.
You will be responsible for organising key student engagement activities across the academic year, including but not limited to induction, graduation and social events, student representative elections and student-staff consultative groups. You will help build a student society network which provides a direct line of communication between society and faculty, supporting and profiling their work.
You will be accountable for delivering on student voice KPIs.
You will be highly organised, motivated, and will be capable of working in a team but at times independently with minimal supervision. You will have experience of event planning, promotion and management and will be adept in digital content creation and publishing for the web. You will possess the skills and abilities necessary to connect and communicate with a student audience. Experience of working in Higher Education will be helpful but is not essential. You will have an enthusiasm for working with students and young people and a passion to deliver a world-class student experience
