Human Resources Benefits Counselor
Responds to questions, problems and conflicts involving all benefits programs. Addresses simple and complex benefits issues received via telephone, appointments and walk-ins. Consults management concerning special issues.
Annual Salary Range: $47,500 - $50,000
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
In addition to HR Benefits experience, the ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills and customer service skills along with the ability to clearly communicate both written and verbal. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products is strongly desirable.
