The selected candidate for this position will provide administrative support to the HCM Program Director and Chair of the Department and general administrative support to the Department. Primary responsibilities include staffing all key HCM MBA and undergraduate program activities and events. Maintains student and alumni databases. Assists Wharton Health Care Alumni Management Association on an as-needed basis. Frequent communication with applicants for admission, students, faculty, alumni and outside visitors. This position requires a high degree of coordination, planning, attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting priorities. Independent execution and implementation required. The successful candidate should enjoy interacting with students and alumni on a daily basis.

A high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Some college level education preferred. Must be able to work independently, multi-task, maintain confidential information and work with a diverse population. Excellent verbal, organizational, interpersonal and written skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Google applications required. Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with a variety of people on a plethora of tasks.
