Job Share (0.5 FTE - 18 hours per week)

 It is an exciting time for the HR Systems team, with a number of new initiatives within the University some of which the HR Systems team will be at the forefront of. An excellent job share opportunity has become available on a permanent part-time contract (0.5 FTE) 18 hrs per week for an enthusiastic HR Systems professional.

You will help us to provide high quality support to the business in respect of our HR & Payroll systems, particularly in the areas of extracting data for reporting purposes, management information and analysis, supporting all end users, and producing regular reports for senior management.

You will need to be a pro-active, self-motivated and highly organised individual with relevant experience in a customer facing HR role, strong operational knowledge of HR & Payroll information systems, in particular PeopleSoft report writing and the ability to analyse management information and trends.  Your MS Excel skills will be strong and you will be comfortable using formulae to manipulate and analyse large data sets.
