Academic Services is responsible for the development and delivery of high performing, innovative student and staff centred services which deliver the University’s operational priorities and strategic aims, and ensure that the University remains in excellent standing with its external partners.
As the Director of Academic Services you will join the Student and Academic Services Leadership team. As a visionary and enthusiastic leader you will work in partnership with other senior leaders, both academic and professional services, to develop and implement strategies for the effective delivery of sector leading academic services.
Your immediate priority will be to embed and further develop arrangements for registry and academic administration as part of the University's revised professional services operating model. In leading this critical aspect of the University's administration you will focus on exceptional user experience, on maximising digital solutions, and on the development of your teams and the people within them.
You will have substantial experience of frameworks, principles and practices relevant to professional services in higher education and extensive experience of leading and managing a service provision including effective leadership of high impact change projects.
