To screen individuals seeking services and evaluate eligibility for programs offered. To orientate client(s), monitor overall compliance and maintain accurate and complete documentation. To identify available community resources, provide information, and referral services. To provide recurring reports. To participate in awareness-building activities such as training programs, forums, and panel discussions.
Hourly Pay Rate: $12.38 - $19.60
High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required. Applicants with proven experience as an individual with a propensity for human interaction and an understanding of the purpose and strengths of a substance abuse program are highly preferred.
