This customer-facing technology support position participates on a small team of support professionals providing a wide range of academic, research and operational technology support for 600+ professional staff and faculty, 250+ non-professional staff, and our entire student body. Assess and troubleshoot problems that clients are experiencing with their computers, peripheral devices, network connections, operating systems and software applications. Researches issues as necessary, devises and implements solutions including temporary workarounds while permanent solutions are being researched or developed. Staff members in these positions maintain the primary relationship between CCIT and many clients and customers.
