Staffing Coordinator-Emory Temporary Services
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for delivering high quality professional candidates in a high-volume, centralized recruiting environment. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives and technology tools in partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers. Develops talent pools of candidates by establishing and maintaining relationships with a network of professionals in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support current and future organizational needs. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Consultants and/or hiring managers, in the sourcing and screening process to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates. Assist with developing comprehensive sourcing plans to talent acquisition team members, serves as subject matter expert for finding and screening talent. Maintains accurate, updated, and compliant information in the applicant tracking system. Gains trust and confidence of candidates through excellent service delivery and necessary feedback, simultaneously increasing visibility for the Emory Healthcare brand. Proactively discovers new effective sourcing methods; ability to learn and develop a clear understanding of Boolean language. Coordinates, represents and participates in recruitment events as required to fill open positions and maintain prospect relationships. Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred. One year of human resources administration experience required, preferably in talent acquisition/staffing. Experience with heavy cold-calling desired. Proficient with various personal computer software applications including word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet packages. Expertise with Applicant Tracking System(s), CRMs, Social Media, and other sourcing/recruitment tools preferred.
