The School of Strategy and Leadership sits in the Faculty of Business and Law, one of the most successful parts of the University, providing a world-class education that offers a unique combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry experience. The Faculty is continuing to experience growth at home and abroad through its international partnerships. Within the Faculty, the School of Strategy and Leadership has seen the highest level of growth in recent years and is expanding its staff base.
The Faculty of Business and Law is looking to appoint a Head of School for its Strategy and Leadership School. This role will provide strategic direction, academic and discipline/subject leadership, and line management for senior staff within the School. Reporting directly to the Academic Dean, the post holder will be responsible for the continued development, growth and financial sustainability of the School's portfolio, as well as developing and building a national and international profile for the School and its subjects, furthering growth whilst enhancing the quality of provision. Further to leading the School, the post holder will be an active and engaged member of the Faculty Leadership Team, facilitating a positive and productive relationship between School and Faculty in furtherance of the Corporate Plan objectives.
