Enabling the Business
The ICT Department and Student Administration are engaged on a multi-year programme to facilitate improved student management processes through the implementation of a new student solution.
The Programme is now seeking to appoint the following role: Training Co-ordinator - Enabling the Business Project – Fixed term to December 20th 2020.
The role provides essential support into the development of the new OneUni student management solution. It requires attendance at supplier demos and design workshops, and working with business analysts, configuration and testing teams to plan, prepare and deliver to the training requirements for the users of the solution. You will be responsible for providing a training needs analysis for all users of the solution and planning the delivery. You will be preparing the training material, and supporting guides and videos and delivering training to the users according to the training needs analysis.
This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
