Salary package:  $97,812 - $104,717 plus 9.5% Superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (6 months) x 1, Fixed term (12 months with possible 3 month extension x 2)

ITS overview

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support of achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. These services include network, communications, computing platforms, data storage, desktop and mobile access, enterprise systems, student learning environments, and IT security. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University Colleges and other Service Divisions to form a cohesive, University-wide information services infrastructure.

Position overview

The Business Analysts will be responsible for providing analysis and translation of business requirements and producing optimal business and IT solutions that support a range of exciting projects across the University.

The successful applicants will be able to work collaboratively within a complex environment and have a track record in successfully identifying and developing solutions to business problems, including investigation of user requirements and translation into functional specification. Demonstrated Project Management skills and the ability to communicate effectively will be highly regarded.

Business Analysts will be required to work across a range of business transformation projects with a significant technical element.

ITS is continuing to develop and create projects that require skilled Business Analysts. A Merit Pool of applicants will be kept for future recruitment needs. The length and term of these roles may vary.
