PROGRAM COORDINATOR, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, to plan and organize Sloan’s Executive Education programs. Will determine program requirements including internal and external resources; manage budget and appropriate deadlines; represent the administrative face of the programs to clients, vendors, faculty, and participants; balance the requirements of numerous in-person and digital programs in varied stages of planning; collect program materials and ensure their timely publishing and distribution; identify resources to act as service providers for planned programs and events, including hotel accommodations, food services, special attractions, and other program-specific arrangements; negotiate contracts and pricing and follow through to ensure responsiveness of vendors and other resources; develop and maintain complex databases to generate specialized reports including registration and financial reports and reconciliations; act as point of contact for all participants; evaluate, recommend, and implement changes and enhancements for future programs; and handle related duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least two years’ business experience, preferably in executive education or similar program, events, or project management; excellent interpersonal, customer service, relationship building, and oral and written communication skills; sensitivity to client/customer needs; strong organizational skills; and the ability to multitask in a pressured work environment with changing priorities and limited supervision. Must have knowledge of organizational policies and practices in order to interpret and determine appropriate course of action effectively and appropriately within the institution.
