CONTACT CENTER E-BRANCH SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to handle all aspects of the online experience for end user members. Will be responsible for assisting members both via e-mail and telephone should they have any issues pertaining to online banking, and assist, on an as-needed basis, with any other duties pertaining to the Contact Center.
REQUIRED: a high school diploma or equivalent certificate of education; at least one year of experience in the banking or credit union industry; excellent internal service and member service skills and ability to form long-term business relationships; clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; and solid working knowledge of personal computers, preferably with proficiency using Microsoft Office software. An associate’s degree and/or college coursework preferred, as is experience in a customer service environment. Job #17469-4
