Part Time Hours:      Up to 26 Hours
Contract Type:      Fixed Term - Day Shift (8th & 9th June) 9.30am-8.30pm or Night Shift Shift 6.00pm-11am. All emals included and where applicable (night shift) - as are halls of residence

The Verbatim Project assistant will provide support and supervision for a care leavers drama workshop weekend.

On the day shift – Saturday and Sunday (8th and 9th June 9.45am-8.30pm), supervising young people aged 14-17 at the Bathway Theatre in a weekend of workshops. You will also be potentially required to supervise Young people on Breaks, in Woolwich Town Centre.

On the Nights shift 6pm 8th June-11am 9th June - supervising young people on minibuses, in dormitories at Avery Hill and at Breakfast / Leisure activities.

The post Holder will work with the Drama Programme and Youth Worker Team and report directly to David Hockham, lead safeguarding officer for the weekend.

An understanding of the challenges faced by both young people (aged 14-17) and those who have experienced the care system is advantageous - as well as an understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

During your shifts, all meals will be paid for and eaten with the young people
