Applications are invited for a Teaching Fellow in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutics in the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, part of the established Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine. The successful applicant will be a member of the Teaching Department of Pharmacy and contribute to the highly successful MPharm and MSc programmes.

The successful candidate will be expected to make a substantial contribution to the Department’s teaching on courses at undergraduate and taught postgraduate level, including the areas of formulation optimisation, pharmaceutical microbiology and the biological basis of therapeutics. Teaching activity will include delivery of lectures, seminars, workshops and practical classes in the areas specified above.

The candidate should provide evidence of teaching experience as well as engagement in quality research with a number of peer-reviewed publications. It is essential that the successful candidate should have a Pharmacy degree and PhD in pharmaceutics or a related discipline

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 15 months.
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent
