Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff.

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Helpdesk Analyst, working within the I.T Department. This is a new position at the University and provides the opportunity for someone to join the Helpdesk team, supporting the maintenance and development of the University infrastructure and systems. The role will deal with desktop, software and printer issues for University staff.

We are looking for candidates who are educated to degree level with excellent problem solving skills, knowledge of Windows (desktop and server) / OSX operating systems, experienced in managing active directory services, and knowledge of at least one of the following – Linux / Cisco / SQL / SharePoint. Candidates must also have working knowledge of GDPR and experience of working in an IT service environment.
