Job Description

Robotics Simulation Engineer, National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC)-2011757

We are looking for engineers and developers that want to build simulators for robots. You will work on challenging problems simulating robot sensors, manipulators, and autonomous vehicles. Your simulations will help to then build real-world robotic systems that perform useful work. Current projects involving simulation include: manipulation for logistics and material handling, virtual reality design of a large scale robot, image manipulation for testing computer vision algorithms, and projects with mobile robots. You will directly help to imagine, design, and make robots that deploy in the real world.

You will have an impact in shaping the robotics revolution, collaborate with and learn from experts, and build your career in a very fast-growing field. As part of our team, you will develop solutions to solve industrial and government challenges, deploy your technology in real-world situations, work side-by-side with elite robotics experts, and develop a variety of cutting-edge technologies.
