Lead Web Developer
About the position
Reporting to the Manager, Development and Applications Support, this technical position is responsible for leading a small web development team and planning, developing, supporting and reporting on strategic web and digital-based applications for the University. This role is also responsible for managing and maintaining the University’s Content Management System (Drupal) that hosts the corporate website and auxiliary sites.
About the person:
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar position. Significant skills in the design, development, maintenance and integration of web applications and PHP based content management systems (preferably Drupal) with at least 5 years’ experience in a commercial or educational environment. Highly motivated, the candidate will have the ability to communicate and work with other technical staff and internal clients with minimal direction.Strong planning, management and development experience is pivotal to this role. Knowledge and experience in Drupal theming and custom module development will be well regarded.

The salary for this position will commence at $99,965,04 inclusive of 9.5% superannuation per annum – negotiable based on experience and skills
