This is an exciting opportunity within the Employee Services Hub to provide a confidential, efficient and effective professional administrative support service. This role provides key support as first point of contact for a range of day to day HR queries from internal and external customers, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures. Although useful, previous HR experience is not essential. It is more important that the successful candidate is highly organised and a supportive team member with excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible and positive customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
You should have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, experience in using IT systems with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Proven time-management skills, including the ability to manage a busy workload and meet competing deadlines is essential. You must enjoy working in a very busy and stimulating environment and have the ability to respond positively to change.
The closing date for applications is midnight on Tuesday 21st May 2019.
