Working as part of the Department of Finance, this role will manage and lead the Finance Business Systems team and deliver a customer-focused service providing 1st and 2nd level support to users of the University’s Finance Business System applications mainly Unit 4 Business World.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the user support of UNIT4 Business World Finance.

The University are in the middle of a project to upgrade Unit4 Business World (Milestone 3 to Milestone 7) adding significant additional functionality to the original implementation, notably full P2P and expenses, commitment accounting and improving the usability of the system.

The Finance Business Systems Manager will provide project management and assistance to finance related system developments and provide systems administration, maintenance and support services in order to ensure the continued effective and reliable operation of all systems modules and interfaces

You will be the Department of Finance lead with the implementation, testing and documentation of system enhancements and developments across all Finance Business System applications.

We are looking for a Unit 4 Business World professional with a successful track record in delivering a high standard of system administration.

You will have a proactive approach together with effective oral and written communication skills, including experience of liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
