In recognition of the University’s drive and commitment towards apprenticeships, UCB have recently launched a dedicated apprenticeship department comprising a number of varied roles, tasked with working together to grow and develop our provision and build relationships with employers.

As a result of this growth, we are now seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for leading UCB’s engagement with levy and non-levy-paying employers from a range of sectors.

The post-holder will secure new business, and develop existing relationships, in order to meet apprenticeship targets. Performance-related pay is available to reflect success against targets.

The successful applicant will have proven apprenticeship sales experience, coupled with a record of relationship management and sound knowledge of funding and compliance. You will display strong communication, organisation and IT skills, with the ability to deliver on objectives and report to management.
